Very disappointing,
I received my phone without the rear cover of the battery and I have sent emails to the suplier and so far not helped me, I can not use the phone without the battery cover. I think this is a huge lack of respect for the customer.

Product came in orig box, but w/o battery cover.
Lack of battery cover not noted in ad or on box.
Had to buy it seperately.
That was a dissapointment-is amazon pulling the covers and selling them seperately?

|Don’t waste your money and time on this product,
I purchased this phone thinking that I was getting a good deal for my money. This was the first time I was purchasing a refurbished item and it will be the last. The phone appeared beat-up and old. If refurbished items are supposed to be reconstructed to factory standards well this did not happen. The phone stop working after several days. I am returning it today.
