A TOTAL RIP-OFF,
DID I SAY IT WAS A TOTAL RIP-OFF? WHAT THE OEM SHOP SELLS YOU IS NOT THE PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE. THEY SENT ME A PHONE WITHOUT A 3MP CAMERA, IN A PLAIN WHITE BOX, WITH NO LABEL WHATSOEVER, THAT’S NOT THE ORIGINAL BLACKBERRY BLACK BOX, A BROKEN AND USELESS CHARGER, AND THAT’S ABOUT IT. NO USB CABLE NO CD NO MANUAL NO NOTHING. I’M PRETTY SURE IT’S A REFURBISHED UNIT BUT I GUESS I’LL NEVER FIND OUT. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SELLER IS MY BEST ADVICE TO ALL AMAZON.COM CUSTOMERS. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A BAD EXPERIENCE TO A TOTAL RIP-OFF.

The description of this product clearly states that it is an unlocked phone. However, when the phone arrived it was evident that it was locked to Verizon thus making it useless to me as I needed it for international travel. I am disappointed in both Amazon and Lucky Electronics for cheating their customers in this fashion.

Acabo de recibir el telefono, y ha venido sin camara. Estoy muy decepcionada, ¿como es posible que en el anuncio aparezca que contiene una camara de 3MP, y no la traiga? Esto es una verdadera estafa, yo vivo en Venezuela así que esto me pone muy furiosa. Necesito que me digan como hago para devolvderlo y que me den el telefono por el que he pagado. Respondan lo mas rápido posible.
